We are looking forward to working with a highly-skilled, perceptive and forward-looking individual to lead the delivery of major customer engagement/CRM and other Relationship management platforms across different industries, mostly in the Educational, Health, Social Clubs and in other industries that deal with large volumes of people on a recurring basis. You should be a Subject matter expertise in CRM solutions across marketing, sales and servicing – this may include, but is not limited to: Development of strategies for effective CRM deployment and ongoing use Delivering marketing, sales and servicing transformation through effective CRM deployment
